NOTICE FOR U.S. ORDERS

For customers in the United States, orders may be shipped from either our U.S. warehouse or our distribution center in China, depending on product availability. If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, you will receive separate tracking numbers. Delivery times may vary between shipments.

SHIPPING HUBS & HANDLING

All orders will be processed and shipped directly either from our distribution center in China. Please note, these orders may incur customs & duty fees, which the customer is required to pay in order to receive their order.

The Order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 9 AM China Time may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 9 AM on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind right after your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@mhw3bomber.com. 

VAT & DUTIES

Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from China. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. MHW-3BOMBER will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

At MHW-3BOMBER, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges. For purchases made through authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly. Please note that we do not offer exchanges, nor do we provide return shipping labels.

Note: Refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, including any discounts, shipping fees, and promotions. Refunds will be issued in the original order currency. 

Return Process

• We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your product.
• Items must be unusedand in their original packaging and condition.

1. Contact Customer Service:Reach out to our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
2. Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Return Approval & Address:Once approved, we will email you the specific return address.

Refund Processing

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business daysto the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees will be refunded according to the return shipping rules above.

Exchange Policy

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. Our dedicated customer service team will prioritize resolving the issue promptly and professionally.

Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale itemsand personalized or custom-made products. These items are crafted specifically for you and are non-returnable. Please check the product description or contact us for questions regarding the eligibility of specific items.
