Note: The Twilight Siphon Coffee Maker comes with 100 filter papers, a solid wood stirring stick and a traditional alcohol lamp (Due to its flammability, alcohol cannot be shipped. Please purchase 90%+ liquid alcohol from a pharmacy or hardware store).

SHIPPING HUBS & HANDLING
All orders will be processed and shipped directly either from our distribution center in China. Please note, these orders may incur customs & duty fees, which the customer is required to pay in order to receive their order.
The Order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 9 AM China Time may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 9 AM on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind right after your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@mhw3bomber.com.
VAT & DUTIES
Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from China. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. MHW-3BOMBER will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we offer free returns for all orders within 30 days of your purchase! You will receive a full refund to the original payment method, not including your original shipping charge. We will only accept items purchased on mhw-3bomber.com for a return; if your item(s) were purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange a return. HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)？
Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.
