Shipping Order Time

The Order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 9 AM China Time may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 9 AM on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday. 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order or update your delivery address, please contact us at info@mhw3bomber.com within 24 hours of purchase, before dispatch.

Once an order is in transit, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may easily initiate a return upon delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse with available stock. Our shipping locations include:

Split Delivery Notice

If items in your order are located in different hubs, they may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking details.

Depending on your country's import regulations, cross-border shipments may occasionally incur local customs fees or import duties upon arrival. Where required by local laws, these charges are determined by local authorities and remain the recipient's responsibility.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges. For purchases made through authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly. Please note that we do not offer exchanges, nor do we provide return shipping labels.

• We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your product.
• Items must be unusedand in their original packaging and condition.

2. Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Return Approval & Address:Once approved, we will email you the specific return address.

Refund Processing

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business daysto the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees will be refunded according to the return shipping rules above.

Exchange Policy

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items
