Hand-brewing Use
Double-click the Power Button after powering on / entering smart mode. The screen displays a drop pattern.
Put the bean container on the scale and click the Power Button to clear the weight.
Weigh the right amount of coffee beans and grind them.
Moisten the coffee paper filter and pour off the wastewater. Place the hand-brewing equipment on the coffee scale. Click the Power Button to clear the weight.
Pour in the ground powder. Click the T key to zero and automatically record the powder weight. The screen's water drop pattern blinks to indicate the completion of recording (random movement does not affect the recorded data).
No need to click any button before filling the water. Start recording time and displaying the amount of water injected after filling (do not move the coffee scale during the water filling process).
After injecting the right amount of water, remove the filter cup or coffee server to stop the timer.
After the end, the display screen alternately shows Time / Water Injection - Powder-to-Water Ratio - Powder Weight.
Espresso use
Double-click the Power Button after powering on to enter smart mode. The screen displays the Water Drop pattern.
Put on the portafilter and click the Power Button to clear the weight.
Use the espresso portafilter to dose the appropriate coffee powder and place it on the scale surface. Click the T key to zero and automatically record the powder weight. The screen's Water Drop pattern flashing indicates record completion (random movement will not affect the recorded data).
After distributing, tamping, and attaching the portafilter to the brew head, place the scale on the coffee maker.
Place the container on the scale. No need for any button operation. The smart system will automatically zero out.
After the extraction key is pressed, the liquid enters the cup. This starts recording time and displays the liquid weight (do not move the coffee scale during the extraction process).
After the extraction, remove the container to stop the timer.
After the end, the display screen alternately shows Time / Water Injection - Powder-to-Water Ratio - Powder Weight.
