OUR FACTORY
In 2021, MHW-3BOMBER bomber, in Zhongshan, a land full of manufacturing vitality, Bomber Coffee Equipment Manufacturing (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. was officially established. It is not accidental to choose Zhongshan as the foothold of the factory. Zhongshan is located in the core of the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone. From design-research and development-production integration, Zhongshan can quickly deliver products to customers within three days through international ports and abundant transportation routes, and the fastest domestic delivery is the next day. At the same time, it can quickly obtain raw materials through ports to ensure the stability of the supply chain, which is an important support for our brand's global layout.
Easy setup
The factory spans an impressive 20,000 square meters, with dedicated areas for storage (8,000 square meters), production (8,500 square meters), technical support (1,000 square meters), and offices (2,500 square meters). Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including multiple sets of CNC equipment such as CNC machine tools, lathe-milling compound equipment, and CNC devices, the new facility ensures robust support for production. Innovative assembly lines, including "non-" shaped assembly lines, and multi-unit workbenches further enhance productivity and product quality. High-precision testing equipment guarantees adherence to national quality standards, with comprehensive checks conducted throughout the production process to ensure consistent product excellence.

The first level of the factory-the storage area, various types of raw materials are stored in different areas according to their characteristics to avoid mutual influence. Some raw materials have strict requirements on humidity and temperature. Excessive humidity will cause the product to be damaged by moisture. The storage area will control the temperature and humidity to ensure that the environmental conditions are suitable for storage.
At the same time, the products will be inspected regularly to ensure that there is no damage or deterioration, so that they are in good condition before shipment.

CNC machine tools are mainly used for processing various complex structural parts in products, such as internal metal parts, grinder axis, etc., and can achieve extremely high precision through program control to ensure that each part meets the design standards.

Turning and milling composite equipment is used to process the heating plate of the product or the blade of the grinder, etc., which has both high-precision processing of rotating parts and milling processes of complex surfaces, and can complete the process in one go.
Traditional methods may require multiple clamping of workpieces for different processing operations, while the equipment can complete turning and milling in one clamping, improving efficiency and accuracy.

Factory defense line - quality inspection area, here are three-coordinate measuring machines, optical inspection equipment, laser measuring machines and other inspection equipment, which can strictly inspect the size, shape, appearance, durability and other aspects of the products.
As the last front line, all products that do not meet the standards will be eliminated. X-ray inspection is used to measure the internal welding quality, the assembly of mechanical parts, etc., to ensure that the product structure is flawless before leaving the factory.
