A: You only need to use one chilling ball per brew! The other one can be stored in the freezer for future use. When you make another brew, simply take it out and use it again.

A: As mentioned earlier, based on scientific experiments, the ideal temperature for cooling the coffee extract instantly is around -15°C. To achieve this temperature, the chilling ball must be stored in the freezer for 3-4 hours before use. If you haven't done this, follow the instructions above and see if you can notice a difference in the flavor.

A: According to multiple experiments by World Champion Sasa, cooling the first 20-30% of the coffee liquid with the chilling ball is enough to significantly improve the flavor. In some cases, if too much coffee liquid is cooled, it can negatively affect the flavor or make the coffee temperature too low.

It's a go-to for preparing iced Americanos or iced lattes, offering a smoother, more aromatic cup.
