How is “Carefully crafted” Expressed in the YU Series?
Designer: "When designing the YU Series, we focused on integrating ‘mechanical feel’ into the product’s appearance and internal structure. The combination of metal and silicone retains the firmness and stability of metal while adding softness and comfort, creating a unique mechanical feel. This aligns with our brand’s minimalist visual style, emphasizing functionality and practicality through clear lines and structures.

Our first press-style needle distribution tool, featuring innovation in both design and stirring method.The mechanical elements combined with the concentric circle principle allow users to feel the dynamic rotation of the ‘screw’ clearly during uniform pressing and stirring.The hollow design allows real-time observation of the stirring state. It is both a professional coffee tool and a ‘coffee toy’ in your hand.

Infinite Coffee Distributor
Its innovation lies mainly in the ‘four-leaf clover base’ and the ‘stepless adjustment upgrade.’ After stirring, powder layers may have a central depression, causing uneven thickness and affecting extraction. Through extensive testing, adjustment, and optimization, we introduced a new distribution concept: from outside to inside. The stepless adjustment allows for precise control of the filling height, with mechanical sound feedback from the bead sliding into the positioning groove, responding promptly to height changes. Each adjustment interval is 0.025mm, adjustable in 120 steps per turn, for a total of three turns, achieving high precision.The design uses car wheel elements, making the mechanical beauty visually intuitive. Using the YU stepless distribution tool is not just a visual experience but also satisfies the heart and emotions.

Magnetic Dosing Ring
We increased its bottom diameter to 60mm, expanding the contact area between coffee grounds and the dosing cup by about 20%. The ‘external snap design’ avoids marks between the dosing cup and coffee grounds. The 36 hidden magnets ensure a firm attachment, and the flared design effectively prevents flying coffee grounds, solving the long-standing issue for coffee enthusiasts, making dosing effortless and intuitive.

The YU Series Impact Tamper features a new impact structure, making tamping easier with consistent impact force each time.The hollow bottom design solves the problem of clogging and cleaning, and the threaded bottom design increases the contact area between water and coffee grounds, enhancing coffee extraction. Coffee making is not just about tamping but mastering every step with ease.

The base features a built-in spring design for precise, quick height adjustment, moving freely and quickly for easy tamping. The hollow design makes it easy to clean, with a minimalist and elegant design that complements other YU Series products.

Unibody Bottomless Portafilter
Featuring a straight lift flat bottom design, it increases the coffee extraction area. The inner diameter is about 58.5mm, with a hole diameter of about 0.28mm, 891 filtration holes, holding about 18-22g of coffee grounds. The integrated handle design makes cleaning more convenient, providing a professional coffee experience.
