Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order or update your delivery address, please contact us at info@mhw3bomber.com within 24 hours of purchase, before dispatch.

Once an order is in transit, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may easily initiate a return upon delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Split Delivery Notice

If items in your order are located in different hubs, they may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking details.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges. For purchases made through authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly. • Items must be unusedand in their original packaging and condition.

2. Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Return Approval & Address:Once approved, we will email you the specific return address.

Refund Processing

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business daysto the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees will be refunded according to the return shipping rules above.

Exchange Policy

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
