ラテアートへの愛とこだわりを持ち、リョウ・カイヒンはMHW-3BOMBERの開発チームとともに「完璧なピッチャー作り」の旅を始めました。数十回にわたる試作とテストを経て、完璧を追求しました。
口先の角度、ボディの曲線、持ち手の快適さ、全体のデザインや操作安定性など、あらゆる細部にこだわり、最終的に新しい高性能ラテアートピッチャー「GTミルクピッチャー」が完成しました。
GTミルクピッチャーは、優れたツールであるだけでなく、バリスタの創造性とこだわりの具現化であり、すべてのバリスタに無限の可能性とインスピレーションを提供します。
- 革新的な四角形のボディ：より小さな傾斜角度を採用することで、ミルクが広範囲に放出され、対流効果を強化します。ミルクとコーヒーが衝突し、ラテアートに力強さと情熱を与えると同時に、制作体験も一層感動的なものになります。
- U字型の注ぎ口：ラテアートを簡単に描け、素早く仕上げることができます。特に注ぎ口を拡大したことにより、流量が増加し、素早く美しいラテアートを作成できるため、新人バリスタでも扱いやすくなっています。また、注ぎ口の8°傾斜設計は、対流アートに最適で、ミルクが扇形に広がり、美しい模様を描くのに役立ちます。
- 長めの流路：流路の高さは約65mmで、従来の流路より約20%増加。ボディとの比率は約1:1.6で、ミルクを効率的に集め、流れをコントロールし、安定した流速で細かなラテアートが可能です。
- 楕円形の斜め口デザイン：ミルクの放出状況がより明確に見え、残りのミルク量と流れを把握しやすくなります。
- ダイヤモンド型のハンドル：握り心地が良く、操作が簡単。手のひらにフィットする力点により、流量を安定させ、揺れをサポートします。このデザインにより、ラテアートの模様がよりクリアに描け、精緻な仕上がりが可能になります。
- 斜角設計の底部：底部が110°に傾斜しており、効率的なラテアート体験を実現。ミルク泡の蓄積や底部の汚れの蓄積を効果的に減らし、清掃が簡単です。
- 三角形の底部形状：ミルクの回転や泡立てに有利で、ミルクフォームの質感がより滑らかになります。
