The Extract Chilling Ball is a precision-designed accessory used in the chilling process during espresso extraction. It's engineered to rapidly cool the first part of the espresso shot as it leaves the portafilter, helping to preserve delicate aroma compounds and reduce bitterness.

What is extract chilling?
Extract chilling is the process of cooling espresso immediately upon extraction. By lowering the temperature of the first espresso drops, volatile aromatic compounds are better preserved, resulting in a sweeter, cleaner, and more complex cup. This technique also minimizes the degradation of flavor that can occur due to high-temperature oxidation.

How does the Chilling Ball work?
The Chilling Ball sits atop your espresso cup and acts as a thermal sink. As the espresso flows over it, the liquid’s temperature drops instantly, preserving its integrity. The ball is made of food-safe stainless steel and can be pre-cooled in the freezer for optimal performance.

Shipping Order Time

The Order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 9 AM China Time may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 9 AM on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday. 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order or update your delivery address, please contact us at info@mhw3bomber.com within 24 hours of purchase, before dispatch.

Once an order is in transit, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may easily initiate a return upon delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refund Processing

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business daysto the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees will be refunded according to the return shipping rules above.

Exchange Policy

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
